Located in the basement, near the entrance to the Maxi, the administration office is open Monday to Wednesday from 9am to 5:30pm, Thursday and Friday from 9am to 9pm, Saturday from 9am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am at 5pm.
A photo booth is available near the Bentley store to take pretty pictures of you for the price of $5.
Convenient and easy to use, the Centre Valleyfield Gift Card is now available to customer service. Exchangeable at the majority of our merchants, the gift card can contain the amount of your choice, between $10 and $500.

An ATM is available in the Plaza Deli restaurant.
Go to customer service to borrow a stroller or a wheelchair to facilitate your travel and it, absolutely free. Note that an ID will be required in exchange. It will be given back to you when you return the equipment to customer service.
Some items found are returned to customer service. Please call 450 371-3366 to report a lost item.
Located near the entrances, parking spaces are reserved for people with reduced mobility and pregnant women.
The entrance to the mall has automatic doors adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Changing tables are available in the men’s and women’s bathrooms, located in the hallway behind the customer service kiosk, near the SHOB shop.
